No seller wants to admit they've pushed too far on price, but whether it's moving a bag of flour or a car, expiration dates are real. The market hasn't magically improved from May, either. Inventory remains high, and energy prices—including home electricity rates—are not going down. Automakers, quietly, are making their lease deals a little sweeter. 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid

When Subaru invited us to drive the first 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid, we only saw 18 mpg. That poor performance was mostly due to off-roading in Iceland through a winter storm so powerful that evacuation helicopters, which Subaru had on speed dial, couldn't even land. Two generations and 12 years later, the latest Crosstrek Hybrid delivered 35 mpg on our highway fuel-economy test, yet has significantly more power. This lease is for the base Sport, with dark-finish 18-inch wheels, navigation, a sunroof, and blind spot monitoring. Rest assured you'll be ready with this Subaru when winter returns.
2026 Kia Carnival Hybrid

The Kia Carnival has a chiseled, truckish appearance, though for the eight people on board, riding in this roomy minivan is a significant space upgrade over a Telluride. The hybrid brings estimated fuel economy into the low 30s, a major improvement over the V-6 model. This lease special includes a $375 credit on "specially tagged" LXS trims, which means it's at the dealer's discretion. Without that credit, you can expect to lease for $439 a month and $50 more at signing. Two-year lease terms are available at similar prices.
2026 Alfa Romeo Stelvio

The Stelvio is little changed since its 2018 introduction, and the upside is that the interior doesn't have billboard-size screens installed and critical physical controls removed. Alfa makes analog cars that go heavy on feel and style, and this far into the Stelvio's life cycle, the automaker should have the bugs worked out. This lease deal is for the base trim with the Veloce Package, which brings 20-inch "phone dial" wheels, red brake calipers, limited-slip differential, a body kit, and upgraded sport seats. Alternatively, a 2025 Stelvio leases for around $50 less per month, and yes indeed, there are many 2025s to be found.
2026 Chevrolet Colorado

If your truck lease is about to expire, you won't do better in June than at Chevrolet. Current lessees in any vehicle can switch to a Colorado for a short two-year term with no acquisition fee (saving $695). This lease example is the Custom trim, which is just the Work Truck with black alloy wheels and badges, although the 310-hp turbo four and the segment's highest towing capacity may make up for any lost creature comforts. Grab one in Sunrise Orange at no extra charge.
2026 Volvo XC60

While Volvo preps a refresh for this popular compact SUV, it's offering competitive rates on all nine trims of the XC60, which range from the base B5 on this lease special to the Polestar Engineered plug-in hybrid with manually adjustable Öhlins dampers. This might be the last XC60 left with physical buttons, as Volvo's newest cars have moved nearly everything into a central touchscreen. Even so, since 2009 the XC60 has always been a classy, understated car. The only downside to Volvo's "Summer Safely Sales Event" is an allowance of 7500 miles per year versus the usual 10,000.
2026 Audi A3

If you're a college student with overly generous parents, mom and dad might be gifting you this new Audi A3. Graduated decades ago? This is the best deal anywhere on a small luxury sedan. Given the low signing payment, which includes a $3500 incentive with no strings attached, an A3 quattro is now eye-to-eye with a Honda CR-V. This special for the base 40 trim varies by state (this one is in Connecticut) and requires a dealer contribution, which means a discount off the MSRP, but we'll bet that dealers anywhere should be eager to work the numbers, as the brand's new-car sales have significantly declined.
2026 Hyundai Ioniq 9

Hyundai is having a hard time selling a three-row EV. The Ioniq 9 debuted last summer, and Hyundai immediately discounted it by $5000; it has since doubled down on the incentives. For lessees, that means an SE AWD with an estimated 320 miles of range costs less than the smaller Santa Fe in the same trim. The Ioniq 9 Calligraphy is only slightly quicker and gives a similar quality interior for 70 percent more money.
2026 Honda Odyssey
$439 per month/$3999 at signing

Honda is the only minivan maker to not offer a hybrid, which would improve fuel economy performance and efficiency. As of yet, its front-wheel drive V-6 platform shared with the Pilot, Passport, and Ridgeline aren't accommodating electrification. This price for the base EX-L, however, buys a minivan with standard leather seats, a power tailgate, a sunroof, a wireless phone charger, and other niceties that starting trims from Chrysler, Toyota, and Kia don't offer. Honda's "Magic Slide" second row seats are another unique feature and can slide the outboard seats left to right, in addition to sliding forward and back.
